Coco Kuester

Coco’s yoga journey began over two decades ago in Germany, her country of origin. However, it truly became a part of her life when she landed in Singapore in 2017 and stumbled upon Hom Yoga. In practicing yoga–both on and off the mat–Coco found a constant companion, a source of inspiration and inner calm. Yoga has taught her to trust, connect and remain authentic–qualities that define her practice to help guide others home to self.

Coco has been teaching yoga since 2020, after she completed her first yoga teacher training with Blair Hughes. Her interest in different life stages and cycles, particularly in a women’s body, was sparked by this initial training. In 2023, she then completed her pre and postnatal yoga teacher training with Amber Sawyer, diving deeper into the subjects of pregnancy, birth and motherhood and learning how to safely guide others through a prenatal yoga practice with sensitivity and connection. Later that year, Coco embarked on a 300-hour yoga teacher training with Emily Kuser and Bex Tyrer at Yoga Barn in Bali, earning her 500-hour certification as a yoga and meditation teacher.

With a heartfelt focus on supporting women through transformative and sacred life stages, Coco shares her interest in prenatal yoga. Her classes are gentle yet dynamic and an invitation for her students to find empowerment and strength through yoga.
